Honey Drenched Herbs: a different way to make tea
This is one of my favorite ways to make herbal tea for kids, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying a mug yourself! This is a delightful sweet treat for all ages. Simply scoop a spoonful of the herb+honey blend into a mug and add boiling water.
As with any “loose” tea, you may wish to strain. A French press dedicated for tea, a stainless steel filter straw, or an infuser basket are easier to work with than ball-type strainers or tea bags.
